On the sign-in screen, select “Forgot password?” and enter the email address connected to your SmartGainer account. Follow the link in the email to choose a new password.

Check your spam or junk folder, confirm that the email address is correct and wait a few minutes before requesting another email. If it still does not arrive, contact us from the same email address.

Yes. A suggestion is a starting point, not a fixed instruction. You can adjust exercises, sets and the workout structure at any time.

Yes. You can create and use your own workouts instead of following a suggested session.

Yes. When ending a workout early, choose the option to save it. The sets you completed remain in your training history.

The Muscle Map gives you a simple overview of the muscle groups involved in your recently logged training. It is a training overview, not a medical measurement or an exact recovery status.

Close and reopen the app, make sure iOS and SmartGainer are up to date, and try the same action again. If the problem returns, report it with the steps that caused it.

Use “Report a problem” below. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, SmartGainer version, what you were doing and the steps that cause the problem. A screenshot is helpful when possible. Never send your password.

Use “Suggest a feature” below and briefly explain the problem you would like SmartGainer to solve. Feedback is reviewed, and not every suggestion can be implemented.

In SmartGainer, go to Profile → Settings → Account & Data → Delete account. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion. For full details, see the account deletion page.
